Friday Introspection Prompt #23

This week I will use one of the extracts from my video interview with Lison Mage on LinkedIn as a reflection for introspecting with others, and especially at work with team mates.

This is only the start of a fuller reflection about what stops us from being vulnerable with each other but also how courageously introspecting together can build the muscles we need in corporations to be more inclusive. Because inclusivity is about being able to first be open to the other but also to create a safe space for the other to be themselves in a group where they might be or feel like the “odd one out”.
